New Online Banking Security Feature

The protection of your personal information is very important to us. We are pleased to announce an added login security feature that helps guard your personal information by adding another layer of identity verification to online financial interactions.

How Does the New Security Feature Work?

When logging into banking on your computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer. This feature takes the place of answering security questions when logging into online banking. This feature is also available in the mobile app.

New Authentication Step for Online Purchases

Planters Bank has a new authentication step for our customers when they use their Planters Bank check card for online purchases. A six-digit one-time passcode will be texted or emailed to our cardholders when a transaction is being challenged.

• For SMS Text Messages, they will come from the number: 33072
• For Email Messages, they will come from the email address: noreply@enfactnotifications.com
• All One-Time Passcodes are six-digits long

The customer will NEVER be asked to enter any personal information when they receive the code from either text message or email.
