Fraudulent Use, Lost or Stolen Card

Report fraudulent activity immediately by calling:

800-472-3272 after business hours

If your Check Card is lost or stolen, call Planters Bank immediately or use your Card Controls via the mobile app to turn off your card. Then visit your nearest Planters Bank office to get a replacement card issued.

Travel Support

Planning on traveling internationally? Prepare your Visa® Business Check Card for the trip with these helpful tips:

Notify Before You Go: Inform us of the countries you will be visiting and your travel dates.
Fraud Prevention: Note the Fraud Prevention Center international number (614-564-5101) to report a lost or stolen Check Card.
Know Your 4-Digit PIN: Some merchants may require a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) when using a debit card.
Daily Spending or Withdrawal Restrictions: Contact us to request a temporary increase to these amounts during your travel dates.

ATM Services

Use your Visa® Business Check Card for free at Planters Bank ATMs located at our offices or free-standing ATM locations. There is a $2.00 Planters Bank fee for using your Visa® Check Card at alternative financial institution ATMs, plus any additional fee from the financial institution of the ATM used.
